We are seeking a talented Creative Copywriter for a part-time, freelance position to support a high-profile client project. The focus of this role is to develop compelling and personalized messaging for email, SMS, and app notifications across the client’s tech stack, which includes Optimove (CRM and CDP platform), Cataboom (gamification), and Exchange Solutions Loyalty (loyalty and points program).
As a key contributor to the project, you’ll help shape customer communication strategies by crafting copy that drives engagement, enhances customer loyalty, and encourages participation in gamified experiences. Your work will play an essential role in delivering a personalized and meaningful customer journey.
Creative Messaging Development: Write engaging, clear, and action-oriented copy for email, SMS, and app notifications that align with the client's personalization and engagement goals.
Brand Voice & Tone: Ensure all content adheres to the client’s brand voice, creating a consistent and cohesive experience across all communication channels.
Personalization: Tailor messaging to specific customer segments using data insights provided by the CRM and Data teams to deliver relevant and personalized experiences.
Gamification & Loyalty Content: Create compelling copy to support gamified experiences via Cataboom and loyalty communications through Exchange Solutions Loyalty that incentivize customer participation and engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Analyst, CRM Implementation Specialist, and client teams to ensure messaging aligns with strategic objectives and is optimized for automation workflows.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Contribute to A/B testing strategies by developing multiple copy variations, helping to optimize messaging based on performance metrics.
Proven experience in copywriting for CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, with experience in Optimove or similar systems preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in email, SMS, and app notification campaigns.
Experience writing for loyalty programs, gamification, or personalized marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
Ability to craft messaging that balances creativity with strategic business goals, delivering high-impact copy that drives engagement.
Strong collaboration skills to work with both technical and marketing teams to align messaging with broader campaign objectives.
Part-time, freelance role (approximately 10-15 hours per week).
Duration: 3-4 months, with potential for extension based on project progress and client needs.
Remote work with occasional virtual meetings during key project phases.
