We are looking for an experienced CRM Implementation Specialist to support a major upcoming client project. This is a part-time, contract role focused on the integration of the client’s new tech stack, including Optimove (CRM and CDP platform), Cataboom (gamification), and Exchange Solutions Loyalty (loyalty and points program).
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between these platforms and the client’s existing systems, configuring them to support personalized customer journeys, automated messaging, and loyalty program engagement. This role is crucial for laying the groundwork for a comprehensive CRM strategy aimed at driving deeper customer engagement and loyalty.
Platform Integration: Lead the technical integration of Optimove, Cataboom, and Exchange Solutions Loyalty, ensuring smooth data exchange between platforms and the client’s systems.
System Configuration: Set up and configure the platforms to support automation, customer segmentation, personalized messaging, and loyalty program engagement.
Data Flow Management: Map and validate the data flows between the CRM (Optimove), gamification (Cataboom), and loyalty (Exchange Solutions) platforms, ensuring data integrity and real-time functionality.
Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues during integration, working to ensure optimal performance and user experience across all digital channels (email, SMS, app notifications).
Collaboration: Partner closely with the client’s marketing, technical, and loyalty teams to ensure the integration aligns with the overall strategy and goals of the project.
Documentation: Develop detailed documentation outlining the integration process, system configurations, and troubleshooting protocols for long-term use.
Proven experience in integrating CRM platforms, with direct hands-on experience in Optimove or similar CRM/CDP platforms.
Experience with loyalty programs and gamification platforms such as Exchange Solutions Loyalty and Cataboom is highly preferred.
Strong technical understanding of data flows, API integrations, and marketing automation processes.
Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with internal and client teams to meet project goals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, functional solutions.
Part-time, contract role (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
Duration: 3-4 months, with potential for extension based on project progress and client needs.
Remote work with occasional virtual meetings during key project phases.
