We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst for a part-time, contract role supporting an upcoming client project focused on customer engagement and personalization. You will play a key role in helping the client optimize their customer segmentation and data management using their tech stack, which includes Optimove (CRM and CDP platform), Cataboom (gamification), and Exchange Solutions Loyalty (loyalty and points program).
Your main responsibility will be to analyze customer data, create actionable insights, and ensure that the data infrastructure supports personalized customer journeys and loyalty program initiatives. This role is critical in shaping the customer experience by providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and automation.
Data Mapping & Validation: Collaborate with the CRM Implementation Specialist to ensure accurate mapping of customer data across the Optimove, Cataboom, and Exchange Solutions platforms.
Audience Segmentation: Develop detailed customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and transactional data, ensuring that the client’s personalization efforts target the right audiences.
Data Integrity: Monitor and validate data flow across systems, identifying inconsistencies and resolving data-related issues to ensure accurate and real-time data is available for automated workflows.
Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular analysis and reports on customer behavior, segmentation performance, and engagement metrics, offering recommendations to improve personalization and loyalty program outcomes.
Optimization Support: Work with the marketing and CRM teams to continuously refine data models and segmentation strategies based on performance and evolving customer behavior.
Proven experience as a data analyst, with a focus on CRM or customer data platforms such as Optimove or similar systems.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data mapping, and data flow processes within CRM, loyalty, or gamification platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working with customer data across multiple platforms, including gamification (e.g., Cataboom) and loyalty systems (e.g., Exchange Solutions Loyalty), is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Part-time, contract role (approximately 10-15 hours per week).
Duration: 3-4 months, with potential for extension based on project progress.
Remote work with regular virtual meetings for status updates and reporting.
